The Project Lead will manage multiple websites and web apps projects, including conference websites, registration systems, and event web apps, overseeing them from planning to delivery. The role involves working closely with clients, designers, and developers to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, digital, or event project management, or client servicing.
Strong understanding of the web and app development process, including how designers and developers work.
Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to discuss details clearly with both clients and the internal team.
Strong organization skills, with the ability to plan timelines well and follow up consistently.
Able to manage fast turnaround timelines with confidence and maintain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to analyse client requests, think critically, and clarify uncertain requirements before briefing the team.
Communicates well with developers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
