Job Description
The Project Lead will manage various projects, including conference websites, registration systems, and event web apps, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and developers. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple web and app development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and clarify project details.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Analyze client requests and provide critical insights to the team.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adapt to fast turnaround timelines and manage project priorities effectively.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, digital, or event project management.
Strong understanding of web and app development processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan timelines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to analyze and clarify client requirements.
