
The Projects & Innovation Supervisor at Petron Corporation is responsible for leading digital engagement initiatives and loyalty platform strategies. This role requires a strong background in digital technology and project management to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty growth.
This role plays a key part in delivering seamless, secure, and personalized digital experiences that strengthen customer engagement and drive loyalty growth. Lead Petron’s loyalty and digital engagement initiatives, ensuring strategic roadmap execution, seamless system integration, exceptional digital experience, and successful project delivery. Additionally, lead other Retail IT projects depending on their magnitude and strategic importance, while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and customer trust.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related studies
Minimum 15 years of experience in digital technology or mobile-first platforms
Strong understanding of loyalty technologies, customer data platforms (CDP), and system integration
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with compliance standards, cybersecurity, and cloud-native architectures
Experience working with agile teams and managing external vendors
