PSA| Senior Manager – Prudential plc

The Senior Manager – Group Operations Risk is responsible for building and operationalizing the 1LoD monitoring and testing framework across LBUs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment with Group standards and enhancing risk management practices across the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve coordinating risk management frameworks and driving automation initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operationalize the 1LoD monitoring and testing framework across LBUs.
• Coordinate the adoption of KRI/KCI catalogue, sampling methodologies, and evidence practices.
• Manage the rollout of RAID governance for timely remediation and milestone discipline.
• Drive automation and dashboarding to enhance transparency and cycle-time efficiency.
• Design and implement monitoring/testing scripts, sampling approaches, and defect taxonomy.
• Coordinate KRI/KCI adoption, breach workflows, and hotspot forecasting.
• Drive evidence standards, reduce rework, and enable PRISM/eGRC workflows.
• Provide templates, playbooks, and coaching to stakeholders.
• Deliver automation use-cases for controls/testing/evidence and develop dashboards.
