Role Summary
This role involves providing Level 2 support for the QAD ERP system in a major agriculture company, managing change and incident requests. The consultant will work on global implementation projects, advise on process transformations, and support QAD support activities alongside a subject matter expert.
Job Description
The QAD consultant will provide Level 2 support for the QAD ERP system, handling Change Requests and Incident Requests following the best business processes. The role involves working with vendors to manage end-to-end global implementation projects and advising on organizational process transformations. Functional specifications will be provided based on user requirements and enhancement needs. The consultant will support L2 QAD support activities alongside an SME managing L3 support and participate in projects related to full cycle Greenfield implementations and cloud migration initiatives planned by the client.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in QAD ERP implementation or support projects, either in L2 or L3 roles.
Experience with at least one full cycle end-to-end implementation or regional/global L2 support of QAD ERP is an advantage but not compulsory.
Cloud exposure is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Strong finance business process knowledge within manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Experience with QAD SE or EE versions is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Familiarity with QAD reporting framework, Progress4GL, or Browses is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards is an added advantage but not compulsory.
