The QM OTR Grader is responsible for ensuring the quality of Off-The-Road (OTR) tires through comprehensive visual inspections. This role involves identifying and recording defects accurately within the digital system to maintain high manufacturing standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage all necessary documentation and filing processes to support the quality management department's operational efficiency and compliance.
