Job Description
As a QM Tester in the MCL lab, you will be responsible for preparing and performing compound testing and daily function controls using specialized mixing lab equipment. You will prepare Level Check and Peel Adhesion samples, maintain meticulous records of all activities, and ensure the mixer area adheres to quality process requirements. Additionally, you will uphold workplace organization and strictly follow company safety and quality standards to ensure operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Certification, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
Ability to maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
Commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards.
Physical ability to work on-site in a laboratory or mixer area setting.
