Quality Group Leader OTR & Tire Building Process at Continental - Undisclosed

The Quality Group Leader is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in the tire building process and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires collaboration across departments to enhance product quality and operational excellence.

The Quality Group Leader will ensure compliance with the Internal Audit System, ISO9001 requirements, applicable legal regulations, and technical compliance standards within the plant. This role involves driving the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality-related tools to enhance product quality, process performance, and overall operational excellence.

In the Quality Assurance role, the candidate will ensure that the Quality Standards are followed within the OTR Area - Tire Building Process. Responsibilities include deciding on the status of suspicious components based on POMS documents, working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and other departments related to quality issues, and authorizing production stoppages if poor quality products are detected.
