
The Quality Senior Principal Engineer is responsible for addressing product quality issues that impact customers in the APJ region. This role involves collaboration with sales and technical support teams to ensure high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve analyzing customer data and working closely with engineering teams to identify potential defects. You will also coordinate with various functional groups to resolve issues and communicate findings to external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
12+ years of experience in the IT/Technology industry.
Proven experience with executive escalations and customer interactions.
Knowledge of six sigma, BPI processes, and statistical methodologies.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Understanding of core engineering, manufacturing, and procurement processes.
