The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at Gen Wellness. The role involves providing welcoming, professional, and efficient service to ensure an exceptional experience. The Receptionist handles front-desk operations and supports the daily administrative needs of the company, contributing to a smooth and positive environment for both clients and staff.
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification or equivalent; higher qualification is a plus.
Proven customer service or receptionist experience of 1 year or more preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a bonus.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office and booking systems.
Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Experience in the wellness, beauty, spa, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Cash, E Wallet, Card handling and POS experience is preferred.
Additional language skills such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Tamil, or others are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, patient, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
