Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house HR setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations in Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
