Job Description
In this role, you will engage with various department heads to understand their hiring requirements and assist in the recruitment process. You will be involved in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process, all within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Assist with job offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job records in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house HR setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations in Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
