This internship in Human Resources offers an opportunity to gain practical experience by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and event planning. The role provides exposure to various HR functions while supporting the HR team.
The intern will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additional responsibilities include supporting new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, organizing company events and training sessions, preparing HR-related reports and communications, providing administrative support, and handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and able to work well both independently and in a team.
