The Internship Human Resources is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a dynamic work environment.

As an intern in the Human Resources department, you will assist in the recruitment process and support various HR functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager and team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support new hire onboarding processes and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Organize company events and training sessions.
• Prepare HR-related reports and communications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
