
The Recruiter | Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process within the business consulting practice. This role plays a crucial part in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs in a dynamic environment.
As a key member of the regional in-house recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will engage with business leaders to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role requires developing inclusive sourcing strategies and collaborating with the global recruitment team to enhance the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment.
Background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment preferred.
Strong sourcing skills in candidate-driven markets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with strong time management abilities.
Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.
