Role Summary

The Recruiter | Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process within the business consulting practice. This role plays a crucial part in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

As a key member of the regional in-house recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will engage with business leaders to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role requires developing inclusive sourcing strategies and collaborating with the global recruitment team to enhance the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and define hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador in recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment team to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment.

Background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment preferred.

Strong sourcing skills in candidate-driven markets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive mindset with strong time management abilities.

Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.
