The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be a key member of the regional in-house recruitment team responsible for end-to-end hiring across the business consulting practice in Malaysia. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing inclusive sourcing strategies, representing the company as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the global recruitment team, and providing recruitment metrics to support decision-making.
Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment.
A background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment is preferred.
Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring in candidate-driven markets.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong time management abilities.
Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.
