Recruitment & Future Ready Asst Manager at Zurich Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. - Kuala Lumpur

The Recruitment & Future Ready Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the recruitment and future-ready strategy of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in executing manpower planning and recruitment processes to align with business objectives and facilitate agency growth.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing recruitment strategies and coordinating events to attract new agency members. You will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment strategies to attract and onboard new agency force members.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines for effective manpower planning.
• Coordinate with Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and Regional teams to ensure seamless recruitment program delivery.
• Manage logistics, documentation, and reporting for recruitment events.
• Track and monitor recruitment event outcomes with post-event reporting and analysis.
• Prepare event proposal paperwork including budgets, approvals, vendor forms, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate the ordering of merchandise and recruitment materials according to event requirements and branding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies in recruitment activities.
