
The Recruitment & Future Ready Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the recruitment and future-ready strategy of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in executing manpower planning and recruitment processes to align with business objectives and facilitate agency growth.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing recruitment strategies and coordinating events to attract new agency members. You will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
