This role supports the recruitment and future ready strategy by executing manpower planning, recruitment processes, event coordination, and compliance. It provides operational and administrative support for recruitment activities to enable agency growth and align with business objectives. The role involves supporting recruitment strategies to attract and onboard new agency force members, maintaining recruitment progress records, coordinating recruitment events and campaigns, managing event logistics and reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
Ability to support recruitment strategies and initiatives for attracting, selecting, and onboarding new agency force members.
Capability to assist in manpower planning by maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
Skill in coordinating with various teams including Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and Regional teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment programs.
Experience in managing logistics, documentation, and reporting for recruitment events.
Competence in tracking and monitoring recruitment event outcomes with post-event reporting and analysis.
Ability to prepare event proposal paperwork including budgets, approvals, vendor forms, and compliance documents.
Experience in coordinating ordering of merchandise and recruitment materials according to event requirements and branding guidelines.
Understanding of compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies in recruitment activities.
Capability to prepare and deliver recruitment management information reports to provide clarity on performance metrics.
Support for implementation of initiatives related to recruitment such as training coordination and digital adoption.
Provision of administrative and operational assistance for recruitment projects to ensure timely completion.
