Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve driving consensus on demand forecasts and executing strategies to optimize inventory health. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ES&OP consensus across teams.
- Reconcile demand forecasts with financial targets using BI tools.
- Execute Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) transition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand scenarios.
- Analyze market conditions to inform demand planning.
- Mitigate regional business risks through strategic inventory management.
- Provide actionable insights based on complex data analysis.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/ES&OP processes.
Strong analytical proficiency with business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
