As a Regional Demand Management Consultant, you will turn forecast insights into strategic decisions to shape revenue, inventory, and customer readiness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand scenarios with market conditions and P&L objectives. Key tasks include driving ES&OP consensus, reconciling demand forecasts with financial targets using BI tools, and executing Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) transition strategies to optimize inventory health and mitigate regional business risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/ES&OP processes.
Strong analytical proficiency with business intelligence tools and forecast reconciliation.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead through influence.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Experience managing global or regional planning strategies in high-complexity environments.
