Regional Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM) – ZUS COFFEE

The Regional Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for implementing and managing identity and access solutions. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing security and compliance across various teams within the organization.

In this internship, you will engage in the day-to-day management of identity and access solutions, primarily using Microsoft Entra ID. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective identity governance and resolve authentication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SSO integrations to streamline user access.
• Manage user provisioning to ensure accurate access rights.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance identity governance.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues to maintain system integrity.
• Implement identity federation and hybrid identity solutions.
• Support the deployment of multi-factor authentication (MFA) strategies.
