Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of internal-facing AI agents.
- Manage the internal suite of tools for human agents.
- Collaborate with Operations and Core Banking teams.
- Establish evaluation frameworks with Data Science and AI Engineers.
- Balance operational efficiency with customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Define success metrics beyond Average Handling Time.
Job Requirements
