Job Description
In this internship role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve preparing and managing financial documentation for projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost estimates and budgets for new outlet openings and refurbishments.
- Prepare tender documents and administer contracts.
- Monitor project progress and report on financial status.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments.
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Professional certification (MRICS, AIQS, CIQS) is a plus.
3+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the region.
