
The Relationship Manager, CBBC is responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with a core portfolio of Middle Market/SME clients. This role significantly impacts the bank's growth by driving sales through customer acquisition and managing existing client loans.
As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with a portfolio of 30 clients, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring compliance with credit requirements. You will collaborate with Account Managers to prepare credit proposals and conduct account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management.
Strong credit writing and analytical skills are essential.
Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset.
Good business acumen and networking abilities.
