Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with a portfolio of 30 clients, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring compliance with credit requirements. You will collaborate with Account Managers to prepare credit proposals and conduct account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and deepen relationships with a portfolio of Middle Market/SME clients.
- Drive sales through the acquisition of new customers.
- Manage loans for existing clients effectively.
- Conduct account planning to monitor customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with credit requirements.
- Prepare credit proposals in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Monitor and evaluate credit risk management processes.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management.
Strong credit writing and analytical skills are essential.
Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset.
