As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with a portfolio of 30 Middle Market/SME clients, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring compliance with credit requirements. You will collaborate with Account Managers to prepare credit proposals and drive sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing Middle Market/SME clients.
- Drive sales through the acquisition of new customers.
- Manage loans for existing clients effectively.
- Conduct account planning to enhance client engagement.
- Monitor customer experiences to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with credit requirements.
- Prepare credit proposals in collaboration with Account Managers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management.
Strong credit writing and analytical skills.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Good business acumen.
