
The Relationship Manager SME role focuses on acquiring and managing SME clients for loan products. You will enhance the SME portfolio while ensuring compliance with banking standards and fostering strong customer relationships.
As a Relationship Manager SME, you will be responsible for sourcing new SME customers for loans, managing a portfolio with exposure up to RM20m, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling activities. You will conduct KYC and credit analysis, ensure timely processing of loan applications, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in banking or financial services
Knowledge of SME banking products
Ability to conduct market and credit analysis
Customer-focused with relationship management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team
