This Retail Assistant role in Ampang involves supporting daily store operations and customer service at kiosks and branches. The position requires independent work, cooperation with management, and focus on maintaining smooth store functions.
The role involves increasing sales at kiosks and branches while providing excellent customer service despite the self-service laundry model. Responsibilities include conducting Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU), Free Transfer, and Easy Folding services, maintaining cleanliness and smooth operation of branches, preparing daily reports, managing the Foto-Zzoom kiosk, cooperating with the Area Manager, and performing additional tasks as directed. The position requires working independently as though managing one's own branch without workplace politics.
The candidate must have integrity, be hardworking, and able to work independently.
The candidate must be articulate and able to attract customer interest.
The candidate must be willing to cooperate and dedicated to daily tasks.
Working hours are from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM.
There is a 2-hour break during the working day.
The work schedule is 6 days per week with regular day-offs.
Successful candidates will undergo a 2-day trial shift with performance evaluation before full-time confirmation.
