Role Summary

The Retail Assistant is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a self-service laundry environment. This role requires independent management of daily operations while ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage with customers at kiosks and branches, focusing on enhancing their experience while performing various laundry services. You will work independently, managing tasks as if you were overseeing your own branch, free from workplace politics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales at kiosks and branches.
  • Provide excellent customer service during Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) and Easy Folding services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of branches.
  • Prepare daily reports on branch performance.
  • Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk effectively.
  • Cooperate with the Area Manager to achieve operational goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

Must have integrity and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Articulate with the ability to attract customer interest.

Willingness to cooperate and dedicate to daily tasks.

Availability to work from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM, 6 days a week.
