Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR operations or employee relations.

Ability to work under fast-paced and rapidly growing retail environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
