Role Summary

The Retail Assistant is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a self-service laundry environment. This role involves engaging with customers and managing various services to ensure a smooth operation at kiosks and branches.

Job Description

In this position, you will be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance while assisting customers with their laundry needs. You will also manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk and report daily activities to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales at kiosks and branches.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a self-service laundry environment.
  • Manage Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) services.
  • Oversee Free Transfer and Easy Folding services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the work area.
  • Conduct daily reporting of activities.
  • Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk operations.

Job Requirements

Availability to work 6 days a week with a 2-hour break.
