Job Description

As a Retail Assistant at MidValley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, and ensure the store is organized and inviting. You will work closely with a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process buy and sell transactions efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and inventory.
  • Evaluate the condition of second-hand electronics accurately.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and experience in electronics, including consumer devices and gaming peripherals.

Ability to evaluate the condition of second-hand electronics.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience with POS systems for processing transactions.

Attention to detail in maintaining store organization.
