Role Summary
The Retail Assistant is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a self-service laundry environment. This role involves engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations at kiosks and branches.
Job Description
In this position, you will be actively involved in daily operations, assisting customers with their laundry needs while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with the Area Manager and independently manage branch activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales at kiosks and branches by providing excellent customer service.
- Perform Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) services to assist customers with their laundry.
- Facilitate Free Transfer and Easy Folding services for customer convenience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Prepare daily reports to track branch performance and customer feedback.
- Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk for passport photos, printing, and photostat services.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement operational improvements.
- Work independently to manage branch activities effectively.
Job Requirements
Must have integrity and be diligent.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to attract and engage customers.
Willingness to cooperate and dedicate to daily tasks.
Availability to work 6 days a week with specified hours.
