Role Summary

The role is a Retail Assistant position in Puchong focused on assisting customers with various laundry services and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. The position requires working independently while providing customer service and managing the daily tasks at the branch.

Job Description

The role involves increasing sales at kiosks and branches and providing excellent customer service despite the self-service laundry setting. Responsibilities include performing Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU), Free Transfer, and Easy Folding services to assist customers with washing, drying, and folding clothes. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and smooth branch operations, preparing daily reports, managing the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (passport photos, printing, photostat), collaborating with the Area Manager, and working independently as if managing the branch.

Job Requirements

Must have integrity, be diligent, and able to work independently.

Must have good communication skills and be able to attract customers.

Must be willing to cooperate and be dedicated to daily tasks.

Work hours are from 9.30 am to 7.00 pm with a 2-hour break.

Must work 6 days a week and have off on regular days.

Successful candidates will undergo a 2-day trial shift with performance evaluation before full-time confirmation.
