
The Retail Assistant is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a self-service laundry environment. This role involves engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations at kiosks and branches.
In this position, you will be actively involved in daily operations, assisting customers with their laundry needs while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with the Area Manager and independently manage branch activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
