The Retail Executive at Wonderlab supports the retail business operations by managing daily store activities and ensuring excellent in-store execution. This role involves driving sales performance across assigned key accounts and ensuring merchandising, promoter operations, and retail branding comply with company standards to deliver a strong consumer experience.
Job Requirements
Candidate must have SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates.
Must have strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail-oriented with good time management and accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and WhatsApp/Telegram for field communication.
Able to travel frequently to outlets within the Klang Valley area and within Malaysia on a quarterly basis.
Passionate about beauty and customer experience.
Advantageous to have 1–3 years in retail operations, field merchandising, or promoter management, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
