Job Description
The Retail Executive at Wonderlab manages daily store activities and ensures excellent in-store execution. This position involves collaborating with various teams to drive sales and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales performance across assigned key accounts.
- Ensure merchandising and retail branding comply with company standards.
- Coordinate promoter operations to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and compliance.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and customer service.
Job Requirements
Candidate must have SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates.
Must have strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail-oriented with good time management and accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and WhatsApp/Telegram for field communication.
Passionate about beauty and customer experience.
Advantageous to have 1–3 years in retail operations, field merchandising, or promoter management, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
