As a Retail Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of sales and customer experience. Your role includes conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers to convert sales opportunities, and maintaining the retail outlet's visual standards. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring maximum satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
Job Requirements
Higher Secondary / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in Telco or retail industries preferred.
Strong customer obsession and passion for sales.
Tech-savvy and computer literate.
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Positive, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
