Job Description
As a Retail Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of sales and customer experience. This includes conducting product demonstrations, executing retail operations, and engaging with customers to convert sales opportunities. You will also handle customer inquiries, maintain retail outlet standards, and provide exceptional service to achieve desirable Net Promoter Scores.
Job Requirements
Higher Secondary / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in Telco or retail industries
Strong customer service and sales skills
Tech-savvy and computer literate
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
Positive, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure
Team player with leadership qualities
