Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving gross profit by developing and executing merchandising strategies within the sales forecast and budget. Duties include organizing promotions, reviewing sales results, negotiating with suppliers, conducting market surveys, coordinating with store operations, and ensuring effective store layouts and displays while addressing slow-moving products.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of retail merchandising strategies
Team player with a positive attitude
