The role involves conducting regular audits of retail outlets focusing on cash handling, inventory control, and sales transactions to ensure compliance with company SOPs, financial policies, and hygiene standards. The incumbent will identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, monitor operational risks, and evaluate internal controls for continuous improvement. This includes auditing POS systems and e-commerce devices and preparing audit findings for management review. Additionally, the role requires providing feedback to outlet teams, collaborating with Operations and HQ to improve procedures, and conducting mystery shopper checks and service observations to maintain service standards.
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2 63 years of experience in retail operations, auditing, or compliance roles.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to travel frequently (including outstation) to conduct audits.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
