Job Description

As a Service Crew member, you will greet and serve customers warmly while ensuring their needs are met. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate customer orders and process payments.
  • Prepare and serve drinks or herbal products according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
  • Assist with stock arrangement and inventory checks.
  • Follow company Standard Operating Procedures related to food safety and hygiene.
  • Support team members to achieve operational targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Neat appearance and good communication skills.

Ability to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.

Disciplined and responsible.

Ability to work as part of a team.
