In the Retail Team Leader position at OUJI Seiyaku, you will oversee a team while ensuring that stock displays are neat and attractive. You will engage in various tasks that support daily operations and foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the retail team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the neat and attractive display of stocks.
- Report and order stocks as needed.
- Update promotion pricing and submit sales data.
- Support daily operations and resolve any issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
Job Requirements
Responsible and a team player.
Ability to report tasks on time.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Mobile literacy is recommended.
Experience in FMCG retail is recommended.
Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
Must own a car, with a petrol card provided.
