Role Summary

The Revenue Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for leading inventory management and analysis activities to maximize revenue and profits. This role collaborates with stakeholders to develop sales and revenue strategies while ensuring accurate reflection in inventory systems.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the management of rooms and space inventory, preparing forecasts, budgets, and projections to optimize revenue. You will provide expertise and leadership to sales leaders and property teams, ensuring effective implementation of strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inventory management and analysis activities.
  • Manage rooms and space inventory to maximize revenue.
  • Partner with stakeholders to set sales and revenue strategies.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of rates, packages, and sales strategies in inventory systems.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and projections using analytical tools.
  • Provide expertise and leadership to sales leaders and property teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Education includes either a 2-year degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related fields.

Experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional areas is required.

Strong analytical skills to prepare and analyze forecasts, budgets, and revenue opportunities.

Leadership experience to manage teams and conduct human resource activities such as hiring, training, and performance management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate.
