This Safety Health Officer position is focused on ensuring a safe working environment at the new SMK Denai Alam school construction site. The role involves monitoring compliance with safety standards and preparing safety reports in collaboration with the relevant project authorities.
Job Description
This role is for the construction of the new SMK Denai Alam building located in Denai Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor. The project is executed by the Public Works Department (JKR) with Uritect Team (M) Sdn Bhd as the contractor. The position requires qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields, registration with DOSH/NiOSH as a Safety & Health Officer (Green Book) is mandatory, and the ability to prepare safety reports and monitor compliance with site SOPs.
Job Requirements
Ensure compliance with safety laws at the construction site.
Prepare regular safety inspection reports.
Conduct safety briefings for all site workers.
Collaborate with JKR and the main contractor on safety matters.
