Job Description

Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through meetings or via telephone Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries Act as a contact between a company and its existing customers Advise customer diligently about possible delay on delivery To timely & systematically execute all orders received from customers. To ensure documentation are process in accordance to ISO from customers. To ensure documentation for customers are properly filed. To timely prepare quotation for customer’s enquiry with accuracy. To timely process all orders in accordance to ISO Procedures within time frame stipulated. To timely prepare job monitoring schedules. To properly filed all documents for Sales & Marketing Department (e.g., Quotation, drawing). To coordinates with production department for On Time Delivery to customers. To carry out any other assignment as and when requested by HOD. To liaise with logistics to ensure smooth delivery
