Sales Admin at Weng Seng Engineering Corporation - Selangor

The Sales Admin is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves effective communication and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order processing.

In this role, you will engage with customers through meetings and phone calls, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers through meetings or via telephone.
• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Act as a contact between the company and its existing customers.
• Advise customers diligently about possible delays in delivery.
• Execute all orders received from customers systematically and in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation is processed in accordance with ISO standards.
• Prepare accurate quotations for customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the production department for on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaise with logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Carry out any other assignments as requested by the Head of Department.
