Role Summary
The Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers to assist them in finding the right vehicle. This role involves guiding customers through the sales process in a dynamic and collaborative sales environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers both in-person and online, assisting them in finding the right vehicle from our inventory. You will guide them through the sales process, including test drives and financing applications, while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles from the inventory.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Provide exceptional after-sale service to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a high-energy and positive sales environment.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent hands-on skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and customer service experience preferred.
Computer literacy is essential.
