The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving lead generation and sales acquisition for Astro's Pay TV services. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to enhance subscriber growth and service uptake.
As a Sales Advisor, you will engage in various field activities, including door-to-door sales, events, and promotional booths at high-traffic outlets. You will manage leads through digital portals and ensure prompt service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with subscribers.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive lead generation and sales acquisition for Pay TV services. - Acquire new subscribers and upsell services to existing customers. - Participate in door-to-door sales and promotional events. - Manage leads via digital portals. - Ensure prompt service delivery through internal coordination. - Maintain strong relationships with subscribers. - Comply with all company policies.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
Previous experience in service-related industries.
Proven sales background from FMCG or direct sales companies.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Familiarity with the specific area of operation.
High level of innovation and creative problem-solving skills.
