Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you will drive lead generation and sales acquisition for Astro's Pay TV services. This role involves acquiring new subscribers and upselling services to existing customers using a consultative, solution-focused approach. You will participate in various field activities, including door-to-door sales, events, and promo booths at high-traffic outlets. Key responsibilities include managing leads via digital portals, ensuring prompt service delivery through internal coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with subscribers while complying with all company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

Previous experience in service-related industries.

Proven sales background from FMCG or direct sales companies.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
