
The role is for a Sales and Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new clients and developing business relationships. It involves opportunities for career growth and working within a supportive team in a leading industry.
This role involves generating new business opportunities by identifying potential sales leads and conducting market research to understand client expectations. The position requires establishing rapport with potential clients, promoting new product developments, preparing quotations and proposals, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for smooth client engagement and participating in seminars and events to identify prospects.
Candidates must possess at least diploma or bachelor’s degree.
Proven working experience as sales or pre-sales representative in software, SaaS solution, or similar background with 2-4 years experience.
Demonstrable track records in closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledgeable in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and executives, and managing client relationships.
Excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
Proactive, dynamic, problem solver with positive attitude and ambition to grow.
Able to travel domestically and overseas.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
