The Sales Assistant in Cyberjaya plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to the store's sales goals. Daily tasks include assisting customers, organizing stock, and maintaining store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Promote products and provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Meet sales targets through effective upselling techniques.
- Assist with receiving and organizing stock in the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Support store operations by acting as a cashier when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
