Job Description

The Sales Assistant in Cyberjaya is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, promoting products, and helping to meet sales targets through product knowledge and upselling. The role includes assisting with receiving and organizing stock, maintaining store cleanliness and product displays, managing inventory, and supporting store operations such as acting as a replacement cashier when needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Willing to work at Tamarind Square Cyberjaya, Selangor.
