Job Description
In the Sales Assistant position at Jalan Genting Kelang, you will assist shoppers by providing product knowledge and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will also be responsible for stock handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Promote items to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage stock handling and inventory checks.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Perform daily checks of equipment and stock levels.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be able to work at TAR UMT, Jalan Genting Kelang, Kuala Lumpur.
