
The Sales Consultant, Personal Financing is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Bank’s Personal Financing products. This role involves engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, promoting and selling Personal Financing products in a dynamic banking environment. You will work closely with a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to bank standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales management.
Highly motivated with a winning attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with customers.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
