Role Summary
The Sales Consultant, PF/PF-i is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Bank’s Personal Financing (PF) and Personal Financing-i (PF-i) products. Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, promoting the Bank’s personal financing products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic sales environment, focusing on achieving individual sales targets and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for Personal Financing (PF) and Personal Financing-i (PF-i) products.
- Solicit and promote sales to potential customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain the sales center according to operational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and the local community.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales management
Highly motivated with a winning attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with customers
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities
