
The Sales Consultant will focus on promoting and selling Personal Financing products while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires achieving sales targets and maintaining compliance with banking standards.
In this role, you will drive the growth and performance of the Bank’s Personal Financing (PF) and Personal Financing-i (PF-i) products while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will solicit and promote sales, achieve individual sales targets, and ensure compliance with Bank policies. Additionally, you will maintain the sales center according to operational standards.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales management
Highly motivated with a winning attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with customers
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities
Ability to relate to and connect with the local community
Basic understanding of sales operations and banking products
Proficient in basic computer applications
