As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring alignment with sales strategies. Your role includes attending to customer inquiries, conducting market studies, preparing sales documents, assisting during sales launches, and liaising with government agencies for necessary approvals. You will also help renew permits and submit reports quarterly.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Three or more years of sales experience in the Property Development industry
Experience in marketing residential or major commercial developments is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a team
Good selling skills and techniques
Willing to work 6 days including weekends and public holidays
