Job Description

The Sales Coordinator - Proactive performs essential office duties to assist the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include preparing sales documents, managing information in sales software, and addressing guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote the brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages for sales presentations.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Manage and verify information within sales software.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients through phone and email communications.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Uphold company policies and standards in all interactions.
  • Develop positive working relationships with team members and clients.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.

Ability to perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.

Capability to prepare sales-related documents such as proposals and contracts.

Commitment to follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.

Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
