The Sales Coordinator - Proactive performs essential office duties to assist the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include preparing sales documents, managing information in sales software, and addressing guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
Capability to prepare sales-related documents such as proposals and contracts.
Commitment to follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.
Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
