The Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. This role includes performing administrative duties, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth delivery, and supporting the sales team by following up with customers. The coordinator will handle incoming emails, phone calls, and customer visits while also undertaking any ad-hoc assignments as required. The position demands multitasking and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
SPM/Diploma in Business/Admin or related field
1-2 years’ experience in sales administration
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Knowledge in SQL system will be an advantage
Must be able to work during Pet Fair event
Willing to work at Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, Selangor
