Drive channel product sales and manage distributor relationships to achieve growth targets and expand the company's customer base in the region.
As a Sales Distribution Executive, you will drive the promotion and sale of channel products while expanding the customer base. You will manage Tier 2 accounts, converting opportunities into orders and ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met. Responsibilities include managing distributor sell-in and sell-out processes, providing tools for capability improvement, and monitoring competitor strategies. You will act as a key account person, fostering strong relationships to maximize the pipeline business.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in channel sales or distributor management.
Proven experience in managing sell-in and sell-out processes.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel for report management and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak local dialects is an advantage.
Demonstrated passion and tenacity for achieving sales goals and growth.
