This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly in Johor and nearby regions, within a fast-growing engineering company specializing in SMT processes and electronics manufacturing solutions. The position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating sales terms, providing pre-sales technical support, and collaborating with the technical team on product testing and optimisation.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields in Sales.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (internship or project experience is a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Willing to travel locally and regionally (40250%).
Possess own transport.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
