
The Logistics: Ocean Import Customer Service is responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met through effective document processing and delivery arrangements. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the logistics environment.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations involving the processing, handling, and distribution of documents in receiving areas while coordinating delivery arrangements. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Fresh graduates are preferred for this role.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or equivalent.
Good administrative skills.
Good communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Results-driven with attention to detail.
Possess own transport and willing to work in Port Klang area.
