Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations involving the processing, handling, and distribution of documents in receiving areas while coordinating delivery arrangements. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and handle all required documents in receiving areas.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and updating of documents according to regulations.
- Take corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
- Interface with Corporate Sales and Product teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are preferred for this role.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or equivalent.
Good administrative skills.
Good communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Results-driven with attention to detail.
Possess own transport and willing to work in Port Klang area.
