As a Sales Executive, you will manage and expand the company’s offline sales channels by engaging with clients, introducing products, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive sales and business growth. You will also identify new business opportunities, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth sales operations.
FMCG background preferred.
Conduct sales meetings with clients through virtual or in-person visits.
Introduce, demonstrate, and familiarize clients with products to drive sales.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Process customer orders efficiently and follow up on product or service issues.
Maintain accurate client and sales records for reporting and tracking.
Research and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure client retention.
Track sales performance, analyse trends, prepare reports, and report projected sales/margin forecasts.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
