
The Sales Executive will lead the Modern Trade sales team, providing training and strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets, leveraging experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food and beverages.
As a Sales Executive for Modern Trade, you will oversee the entire sales process, leading and managing a dynamic sales team. Your role involves providing field sales training to enhance team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that sales targets are met consistently. You will strategize and implement effective sales techniques tailored to the Modern Trade sector, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the FMCG industry
Preferably experience in the food & beverages sector within Modern Trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
